It offers powerful cleaning, bleaching, and stain removal capabilities while remaining environmentally compatible. It is also used as a wood deck cleaner when dissolved in water and is registered by the EPA for mold and mildew removal. Sodium percarbonate decomposes into water, oxygen, and soda ash.
