Carnauba wax flakes are a hard, brittle, dark brown wax that provides a lustrous gloss for various industrial applications. This basic-quality, industrial-grade wax is vegetable-derived and comes in flake form. It is FDA-approved under Regulation 21 CFR 175.320 and CTFA listed. Compatible with all vegetable, animal, and mineral waxes, as well as natural and synthetic resins, fatty acids, glycerides, and hydrocarbons. Insoluble in water, soluble in alcohol.

This high melt point paraffin wax (melting point range 130–135 °F / 54–57 °C) is a blend of refined paraffinic hydrocarbons designed for hurricane candles, tapers, alcove, and single-pour votives. It enables pronounced mottling when used with appropriate additives. With a nominal melt point of 143 °F (62 °C), it provides sufficient rigidity for free standing forms such as pillars and molded novelties. Recommended pour temperature is 140–145 °F (60–63 °C) for optimal surface quality. Supplied in solid slabs of approximately 10 lb (±0.4 lb) for efficient handling in production environments.
