Minimum-Maximum Thermometer with Hygrometer – Vintage Brass Finish
This analog climate monitoring instrument is designed for simultaneous tracking of current, maximum, and minimum temperatures along with relative humidity. The device incorporates a bimetallic strip mechanism for temperature measurement. As ambient temperature changes, the main indicator hand (black) moves accordingly, mechanically pushing the secondary red and blue markers to record the highest and lowest temperatures reached. The red hand indicates the daily maximum, while the blue hand captures the daily minimum. These markers are reset manually via two independent knurled metallic knobs mounted on the dome—bottom knob resets maximum, top knob resets minimum. The hygrometer continuously displays current relative humidity as a dial reading. This unit is wall-mountable via an integrated rear keyhole slot, requires no electrical power, and is suitable for environments where continuous monitoring of climate variability is necessary.

Radiometer
The Radiometer, also known as a Crookes Radiometer or light mill, is a classic scientific demonstration device that converts radiation (visible and infrared light) into mechanical motion by spinning small vanes inside a glass bulb. It works on the principle of thermal transpiration, where gas molecules near the hotter surface gain extra kinetic energy, producing a net force that pushes the rotor. This device is for laboratory testing, medical procedures, and scientific research, providing a unique demonstration of energy conversion from light to motion.
