Steel Powder, Iron Powder, Coarse, Dense (S3001)

Steel Powder, Iron Powder, Coarse, Dense

S3001 is a coarse, high-purity atomized iron powder specifically designed for welding and alloying applications. With its dense, larger particles, S3001 minimizes dust production and ensures solid joint formation. Used as a filler metal, it significantly improves metal deposition rates and productivity. By leveraging the excess heat from arc welding, additional filler material can be melted, enhancing deposition without increasing arc energy. This coarse metal powder is ideal for industrial applications requiring high-density iron powder.
